SHIPPING

All orders are packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Customer will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number information from time of purchase.

Due to the impact of Covid-19 shipping delays may occur.

Orders placed after 5pm PST Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 

RETURN POLICY:

Muse Collective gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with all original tags on for store credit only within 14 days of stated delivery date. Please note items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, self-tanner, or any markings. Any bodysuit, jewelry and swimwear are not eligible for return.

To return your item simply email info@shopmusecollective.com with your order number and item name. Please allow up to 3 business days for approval or denial of a return request. Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

Once we receive and approve the returning items, you will be notified and we will issue an electronic gift-card to reimburse the amount of order.
